The Ministry of Information and Communications has instructed telecommunications businesses to build surveillance systems, and at the same time coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications of provinces and cities to survey and connect surveillance cameras in isolated areas to a centralized surveillance system appointed by the Ministry of Information and Communications. VNPT Group is one of two units appointed by the Ministry of Information and Communications this time.

The Ministry of Information and Communications requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to direct the quarantine centers managed by the People's Committees of provinces and cities, and appoint focal points to coordinate the implementation of the tasks. The Department of Information and Communication was assigned to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Health and telecommunications enterprises to urgently survey and assess the current status of the camera system in the isolated area, in agreement on the plan to connect to the concentrated surveillance system.
