On April 23, 2021, the UNBD of Quang Ngai province and VNPT Group signed a Cooperation Agreement on Telecommunication and IT for the period of 2021 - 2025. This cooperation agreement is a continuation of the achievements achieved in the 5 years from 2015 - 2020 between the two sides, in which both continues to prioritize the deployment of telecom-IT products under the e-Government model towards the digital government, the digital economy and the digital society, making Quang Ngai a thriving province in the application of technology solutions, contributing to the common benefits of the government, people and businesses.

With close and effective cooperation in the past 5 years, the appearance of telecommunications - IT infrastructure in Quang Ngai has made clear changes. The VNPT Group's efforts in cooperation process have been acknowledged by the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee. This is also the premise for VNPT to continue to trust the leaders of Quang Ngai province and to accompany them in implementing e-government and participate in consulting and implementing solutions for smart cities in fields such as IOC Smart Operations Center, Smart Education, Smart Health, Digital Transformation for all levels of Quang Ngai’s administration for the period 2021-2025.

The leaders of VNPT Group pledged that in the coming time, they will continue to focus resources, grasp the needs and be ready to provide IT solutions to work together with authorities and localities in Quang Ngai province, towards goals of building e-government, digital government and deploying many IT application products to serve e-government, health, education, agriculture, natural resources and environment, tourism, and commerce e-commerce,… and agencies, organizations and businesses in the province.
